Privacy Policy
Prepared for review · October 17, 2026
This notice describes the verified website practices at https://davidadamkurz.com. It covers this website, not the separate property-search website, podcast, book retailer or other external services.
1. Site operator and privacy contact
This is the professional website of David Adam Kurz, leader of The Kurz Team, brokered by LPT Realty, LLC, serving Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach, Florida. Direct privacy questions and requests to the business contact below. The legal entity responsible for privacy administration and any required business mailing address remain subject to operator and brokerage confirmation.
2. Information you submit
Inquiry forms require your name, email address and telephone number. You may also provide a message and request-specific details, such as a property address, preferred communities, price or budget range, property type, bedroom preferences, timeframe, speaking topic or interest in joining the team. A property or community identifier may accompany the request.
We save the inquiry category, a randomly generated submission identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions, and submission and consent timestamps. A hidden anti-spam field is used to reject automated submissions. Please do not submit account passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through these forms.
3. Attribution and campaign parameters
When a form is submitted, it records its website page path without query strings or fragments. It separately accepts restricted campaign identifiers from utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content; values containing email punctuation, spaces or long digit sequences are excluded. This connects a request with its page and campaign source. The form does not itself preserve campaign parameters between visits.
The form does not add submitted contact information to page addresses or analytics events. Hosting analytics separately support campaign attribution, including UTM values and the presence of certain advertising click identifiers. Do not put private information in a page address: hosting analytics can collect page addresses and referrers independently of the form. Provider-side filtering remains unverified.
4. Purposes of collection
Inquiry records support responding to your question, discussing a consultation, requested property search or evaluation, speaking engagement, or team opportunity, and following up on that request. Submission identifiers help avoid duplicate records; timestamps document the selections made when you submit. Hosting analytics and diagnostics support understanding visits, attribution, reliability, security and page performance. Optional market updates are distinct from the response to your request.
5. Analytics, cookies and browser storage
The published site loads Lovable-provided analytics and diagnostic scripts. Live checks confirmed page-view, session and performance reporting. The hosting analytics script sends page addresses, referring-page information, browser user-agent information, locale and a region inferred from browser settings; this is not a precise GPS location. Diagnostic reporting may include error messages, stack traces and the page where an error occurred.
Observed first-party cookies include session-id for analytics session identification, __cf_bm for Cloudflare bot protection and __dpl set by the hosting platform. The precise role of __dpl, provider-side retention and any additional deployment-specific processing require provider confirmation. This is not a cookie-free site.
No separately configured Google Analytics, advertising pixel or on-site cookie preference panel was found in the inspected application. A marketing checkbox does not control hosting analytics, cookies or embedded videos. Browser settings can block or clear cookies and site storage, but clearing a cookie does not necessarily stop requests, erase existing records or withdraw marketing consent. No site-specific analytics opt-out or automatic response to browser privacy signals has been verified.
The platform’s authentication tools can store a session when a managed session is used; no visitor account or sign-in is offered in the public inquiry experience. No persistent local or session storage was observed in the public-page checks. That observation is not a guarantee about every browser or third-party service.
6. Embedded media and external services
Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s servers. Marketing films use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player and are configured to start automatically with sound muted. Opening that page can therefore contact YouTube and Google video services before you press play. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no data is transmitted; these services receive connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, and may use their own identifiers or storage.
Photographs and films also load from hosting or content-delivery services. Links to The Kurz Team’s property search, Forged Into Man, Zillow, Amazon and editorial sources take you to separate services with their own policies. Property search is an external destination, not an IDX search integrated into this website. Review Google’s privacy policy for its services.
7. Service providers and information sharing
Forms are saved through Lovable Cloud. Hosting, database, content-delivery, bot-protection, analytics and diagnostic services process information necessary to deliver their functions. Inquiry records are not offered as a public directory. David and authorized personnel handling an inquiry may need access to respond; the complete access list and any separate brokerage, email, CRM or marketing systems must be confirmed by the operator.
No sale of inquiry data, advertising-audience export, automatic email or SMS campaign, or CRM synchronization was found in the inspected submission workflow. This is a description of the website implementation, not an unverified promise about all business operations or a legal determination about “sale” or “sharing.” Any referral, transaction-related disclosure, legal disclosure or off-site reuse requires operator confirmation before being represented here as an established practice.
8. Marketing preferences and withdrawal
The optional market-insights checkbox starts unchecked. The form records whether you selected it and, if selected, a timestamp separately from consent to be contacted about the request. The displayed consent notices and their version are stored with the inquiry. A repeated submission with the same identifier does not overwrite the original selections. You can submit a request without selecting optional marketing. No automated marketing delivery is connected to this form in the inspected code.
To withdraw optional marketing permission or change your contact preferences, email David@TheKurzTeam.com or call 786-299-2532, identifying the contact details used and the messages you want stopped. Use an unsubscribe link if one is included in a message you receive. The website does not currently offer a self-service preference center or automatic withdrawal workflow; requests require personal handling. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing or automatically delete an inquiry record. Consent to marketing is not a condition of an inquiry or purchase, and the checkbox should not be treated as blanket consent to automated calls or texts.
9. Retention and security
Inquiry records currently have no configured automatic expiry or deletion schedule. A submission date is saved, but it does not trigger removal. A business retention period, deletion procedure and treatment of backups have not yet been confirmed; no fixed retention period or immediate deletion guarantee is being stated.
The website uses HTTPS, server-side input validation and nonpublic inquiry storage. These safeguards do not guarantee absolute security. Hosting logs, analytics, backups and information kept outside this website may follow provider or brokerage rules that need separate verification.
10. Privacy requests and applicable rights
You may contact David to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask about an objection or consent withdrawal. Available legal rights depend on your location, applicable law and the operator’s obligations. Identity verification and legal recordkeeping limits may apply. No particular statutory coverage, response deadline, complete-erasure capability or international data-transfer arrangement has been verified for this notice.
This website is intended for adults seeking professional services, not children. It has no age-verification process. If a child has submitted personal information, contact David so the submission can be reviewed.
11. Confirmation and adoption
Before adoption, the operator and legal reviewer must confirm the responsible business entity; provider access, retention, backups and processing locations; hosting cookie and analytics controls; off-site CRM, email, marketing, referral and sharing practices; and the process for withdrawals and privacy requests. Any consent controls required for the intended audience need review, especially for hosting analytics and automatically loaded media.
This preparation date is not a historical effective date. An effective date should be recorded only when the reviewed notice is adopted. Later material changes should be reflected here with an accurate revision date. See also the Terms of Use.
