He served nine years in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that still shapes how he works: thorough preparation, plain words and calm execution. An MBA in International Business added a wider lens — negotiation, markets and the global character of the clients who choose South Florida from across the country and around the world.
Over his career, David has been part of more than $1 billion in real estate sales. Today he leads The Kurz Team at LPT Realty, representing buyers and sellers throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — from waterfront homes in Miami Beach to the leafy streets of Pinecrest and the towers of Brickell.
