Every engagement begins with a 90-minute fit conversation. If we both decide there is a fit, the work runs in 90-day arcs: an initial intensive to set the mission and identify the binding constraint, then bi-weekly working sessions to remove obstacles and pressure-test decisions in real time. Between sessions, I am reachable by text or voice when something needs a fast second opinion.
I take on a small number of clients at any given time. I have turned down more engagements than I have taken — not because the work was uninteresting, but because fit matters more than fee. If we are not the right fit, I will tell you that on the call and point you toward someone who is.
