I’m David Adam Kurz — a Marine, a best-selling author and the leader of The Kurz Team at LPT Realty. Preparation, direct communication and composure are central to how I work.
I served nine years in the United States Marine Corps. That experience still shapes my approach: prepare thoroughly, speak plainly and execute calmly. My MBA in International Business added a wider lens on negotiation, markets and the international character of South Florida.
Over my career, I’ve been part of more than $1 billion in real estate sales. Today I lead The Kurz Team at LPT Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. That work depends on the contributions of my team and the professionals involved in each transaction.
As an author and speaker, I share the principles that guide my client work: clarity over noise, preparation over improvisation and genuine care over transaction. My approach is personal — understand what you want, build a plan around it and keep you informed.
